Oscar A. Muñoz is the founder of Vision Financial Management, Inc., bringing technical experience in tax, accounting, and financial consulting. Prior to launching the firm, he worked with a forensic accounting practice in Century City, a leading entertainment management company in Encino, and a boutique tax and audit firm in Woodland Hills. These roles shaped his broad expertise and strategic approach to financial problem‑solving.

Mr. Muñoz has advised clients across a wide range of industries—including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, professional services, farming, foreign tax matters, entertainment, multi-state businesses, and real estate and construction—with a focus on helping small businesses navigate complex financial landscapes.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy from California State University, Northridge.
